On October 16, FORTIOR announced that it expects revenue of approximately RMB 842 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, representing a year-on-year increase of 50.88% compared with approximately RMB 558 million in the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be approximately RMB 284 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 69.69% from approximately RMB 167 million in the same period last year.

The announcement said the main reasons for the expected year-on-year growth in operating performance during the reporting period were that in the first three quarters of 2026, the company continued to maintain research and development investment, actively expanded market channels and tapped incremental space, with revenue in industrial and automotive application fields growing significantly. In addition, the market penetration of the company's traditional products continued to improve, with business scale and profitability growing in tandem.
