Bama Tea Announces RMB1.2 Interim Dividend, HKD1.038 per H Share Payable on 28 Oct 2026

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. released an updated interim dividend announcement on 4 September 2026 for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The company will distribute an ordinary interim dividend of RMB 1.2 per share, equivalent to HKD 1.0379496 per H share, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 0.864958.

Shareholders will trade ex-dividend on 10 September 2026. Transfer documents must be lodged by 16:30 on 11 September 2026, and the share register will close from 14 to 16 September 2026. Entitlements will be determined on the record date of 16 September 2026, with cash payment scheduled for 28 October 2026 via Tricor Investor Services Limited, Hong Kong.

Withholding tax will be applied in accordance with PRC regulations. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10 % enterprise income tax on the dividend. Individual H-shareholders will face a 10 %, 20 %, or treaty-reduced tax rate, depending on domicile and the applicable double-tax treaty. PRC resident individuals are subject to a 20 % individual income tax, while PRC resident enterprises will not have tax withheld but must self-declare under the Enterprise Income Tax Law.

Shareholders approved the distribution on 4 September 2026. The interim dividend relates to the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The update clarifies the default payment currency, exchange rate, and payment date.

The board currently comprises five executive directors (Wang Wenli, Wu Qingbiao, Wang Kunheng, Wang Wenchao, Wang Wenlong), one non-executive director (Wang Wenbin), and three independent non-executive directors (Chiu Mun Wai, Tong Naqiong, Wang Yuefei).
