CHK Oil Publishes Supplemental Circular, AGM Notice and Proxy Form on 3 June 2026

On 3 June 2026, Bermuda-incorporated CHK Oil Limited released three shareholder documents: a Supplemental Circular, a Supplemental Notice of Annual General Meeting, and a Supplemental Proxy Form. The materials, issued in both English and Chinese, are now accessible in the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (https://www.chkoilltd.com).

Shareholders who prefer hard copies can obtain them free of charge by completing the request form enclosed with the notification letter and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A postage-paid mailing label is provided for local returns.

The notification reiterates that investors may change their chosen language or delivery mode for all future corporate communications at any time, also at no cost, by submitting the relevant section of the request form to Tricor. For further enquiries, shareholders may contact Tricor’s customer service hotline on +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

Under Hong Kong listing rules, “Corporate Communications” encompass annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms. The latest publications complete CHK Oil’s information package ahead of its forthcoming annual general meeting.
