EPRINT Group (01884) Publishes Circular on 2026 Tenancy Agreements and Issues EGM Notice

On 13 March 2026, EPRINT Group Limited (stock code: 01884) announced the release of the following corporate documents on both the company website (www.eprintgroup.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk):

1. Circular regarding Major and Connected Transactions relating to the 2026 Tenancy Agreements, together with the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). 2. Form of Proxy for the forthcoming EGM.

Shareholders who have opted for printed communications will receive hard copies by post. Those preferring electronic delivery can access the documents online; a functional email address must be provided to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, to receive future electronic notifications.
