As summer holiday season kicks off, inbound traveler numbers in Shenzhen continue to climb, fueled by the city's technological innovation strengths and convenient visa-free transit policies. In July alone, over 50,000 foreign tourists entered through Luohu Port.

Technology-themed attractions such as robot experience stores and drone test flight bases are emerging as new must-visit destinations for international tourists. A robot showroom in Longgang District, recognized as the world's first robot 6S store, welcomes large numbers of foreign visitors daily.

Many foreign families are seen trying on AI glasses with real-time translation features and interacting with robots. The tangible, hands-on experience sparks great excitement among them. According to the store manager, international tourists now account for more than 30% of summer visitors, with the proportion occasionally exceeding 60% during certain periods.

Desktop robots, smart wearables, and exoskeleton devices are among the most popular items on foreign tourists' shopping lists.
