Hang Lung Group Limited released details on 27 March 2026 regarding how newly registered shareholders can elect the language version and delivery method for all future corporate communications.

1. Annual Report and AGM • The 2025 Annual Report, the AGM circular, and proxy form—each in English and Chinese—have been dispatched. • The 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place on 30 April 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom, Lower Lobby, Conrad Hong Kong, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong.

2. Communication Options Shareholders may choose one of four formats for all future corporate communications: a) Electronic access via the company website with email notification (“Website Version”). b) Printed English version only. c) Printed Chinese version only. d) Both printed English and Chinese versions.

3. Reply Form and Deadline • Elections should be submitted through the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 24 April 2026. • If no reply is received by the deadline, the default arrangement will be website access plus postal notice for publication, while actionable corporate communications will continue to be mailed in hard copy.

4. Sustainability Report The 2025 Sustainability Report is available exclusively online on both the company and HKEX websites. Printed copies are available upon written request to the share registrar.

5. Change of Preference Shareholders may change their selected language or delivery method at any time by providing written or email notice to the share registrar, subject to relevant regulations.
