Kimou Environmental reschedules AGM to 21 May 2026 and adjusts book-closure period

Kimou Environmental Holding Limited announced that its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM), originally set for 22 May 2026, has been brought forward by one day to 21 May 2026 due to administrative reasons.

The register of members will now be closed from 18 May 2026 to 21 May 2026, inclusive. Share transfers intended to qualify for voting rights at the rescheduled AGM must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 15 May 2026.

Proxy arrangements remain unchanged: previously dispatched proxy forms are valid for the new meeting date, and any new proxy submissions must be lodged no later than 48 hours before the AGM commences.

Apart from the revised meeting date and book-closure timetable, all details in the original AGM notice, circular and proxy form remain unchanged.
