Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on July 16th, BlackRock increased its holding in Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (HKG: 06886) by 3.93 million shares.
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$16.88 per share, involving a total consideration of around HK$66.29 million.
Following this acquisition, BlackRock's total shareholding in the company has risen to about 106 million shares, representing a stake of 6.18%.
