China Cinda Names Jiu Zhengchao as Vice President, Pending Regulatory Approval

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (China Cinda) disclosed that its Board, at the sixth meeting for 2026 held on 23 September 2026, resolved to appoint Mr. Jiu Zhengchao as Vice President. The appointment will take effect upon confirmation by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

Born in 1969, Mr. Jiu has served as Assistant to the President since December 2021 and became a member of the Company’s Party Committee in August 2026. He joined China Cinda in May 1999 after earlier experience at the Ministry of Railways’ technological information research institute (1991–1998). Within China Cinda, his roles have included Assistant General Manager of the Investment Banking Department; Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Equity Management Department; General Manager of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone Branch; and General Manager of the Strategic Customer Department III.

Mr. Jiu holds a bachelor’s degree from Changsha Railway University (now Central South University) and an MBA from Northern Jiaotong University (now Beijing Jiaotong University). He is a Senior Economist.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises three executive directors (Zhang Weidong, Song Weigang and Zhao Limin), three non-executive directors (Zeng Tianming, Zhang Zhongmin and Wang Kunhui) and five independent non-executive directors (Wang Changyun, Sun Maosong, Shi Cuijun, Wang Zhongze and Wang Pengcheng). The voluntary announcement was signed by Chairman Zhang Weidong in Beijing on 23 September 2026.
