Lum Chang Creations lands S$63.4 million in Singapore redevelopment contracts

Lum Chang Creations Limited announced on Nov, 24 2025 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lum Chang Interior Pte. Ltd., has secured two contracts with a combined value of about 63.4 million Singapore dollars.

The larger award, worth roughly 31.9 million Singapore dollars, comes from the Ministry of Social and Family Development for the redevelopment of the Registries of Civil and Muslim Marriages building at 7 Canning Rise. Work begins on Dec, 04 2025 and is slated to conclude on Jun, 03 2028.

The second contract, valued at approximately 31.5 million Singapore dollars, was granted on Nov, 20 2025 by Orchard Road Presbyterian Church. It covers the erection of a five-storey annex block with basement and conservation works to the existing sanctuary, with completion targeted for Nov, 20 2027.

According to the company, the new wins strengthen its order book and provide clear revenue visibility through 2028.
