They have urged merchants to strictly fulfill their primary responsibilities, while simultaneously strengthening rapid food testing capabilities to effectively guarantee that the supply of essential food items is sufficient, prices are stable, and quality is safe. Focusing on catering safety, the authorities are deepening intelligent supervision. Aligning with the characteristics of catering consumption, enforcement personnel have intensified front-end oversight of food establishments in concentrated dining streets, closely monitoring critical processes including ingredient processing operations, health management of employees, and the cleaning and sanitization of tableware, leaving no blind spots in supervision. Concurrently, there is an active promotion of the "Internet + Transparent Kitchen + AI" smart supervision model.
