Grace Fabric Technology Co.,Ltd. (603256.SH) has released its semi-annual report for 2026, revealing a significant surge in financial performance.

During the reporting period, the company achieved total operating revenue of 1.048 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 90.39%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company reached 379 million yuan, a substantial rise of 334.32% compared to the same period last year. Deducting non-recurring gains and losses, net profit attributable to shareholders stood at 373 million yuan, up 350.88% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were reported at 0.42 yuan.

The primary driver behind the strong performance in the first half of 2026 was robust market demand for standard E-glass electronic-grade fiberglass fabrics, which led to higher year-on-year prices. Additionally, the company experienced soaring demand for its specialty electronic fabrics, including low-dielectric-constant and low-thermal-expansion-coefficient varieties. This surge in demand, coupled with continuously improved production capacity, resulted in higher sales volumes and unit prices. The high technical barriers and added value of these specialty products contributed significantly to the rise in operating revenue, net profit, and core earnings.
