Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (LONGCHEER) has scheduled a board meeting for Tuesday, 28 April 2026. Directors will review and approve the unaudited results for the three months ended 31 March 2026 and authorize their release to the market.
The agenda may also include additional business items as determined by the board at the meeting.
Board composition as at the notice date (16 April 2026) remains unchanged: Executive Directors Mr. Du Junhong (Chairman), Mr. Ge Zhengang, Mr. Guan Yadong, and Ms. Qin Yanling; Independent Non-executive Directors Dr. Shen Jianxin, Mr. Yang Chuan, and Dr. Niu Shuangxia.
