(688360.SH) announced that the company acquired 100% equity of Moandi in 2023 through the issuance of shares and cash payment, with a total transaction price of 551 million yuan, of which the share consideration was 276 million yuan, and the target equity was completed for transfer in October 2023.

As of June 30, 2026, there was no project change or idle status for the previously raised funds. Moandi's cumulative non-recurring net profit from 2023 to 2025 (excluding excess performance rewards) was 337 million yuan, and the performance commitment completion rate was 204.60%. The performance commitment has been fully fulfilled, and no performance compensation is required.
