She acknowledged that the team has engaged in deep reflection on these issues, questioning whether the prioritization among the three dimensions of review authenticity, comprehensiveness, and richness has been misaligned, and whether there has been a relaxation in the constraints and governance of in-store solicitation of reviews by merchants.
Tao Xuexuan stated that, despite facing intense competition in the market, Meituan resolutely initiated an upgrade to the star-rating system on Dianping last year, emphasizing that this reform was steadfastly advanced even under competitive pressure.
