CHINA RAILWAY (00390) has announced the final terms for its 2026 issuance of Sci-Tech Innovation Corporate Bonds (Tranche 2), targeting professional investors. On April 21, 2026, the issuer and the lead underwriter conducted a bookbuilding process for institutional investors to determine the coupon rate. Following the assessment of the bookbuilding results and after thorough consultation and prudent judgment by the issuer and lead underwriter, the final coupon rate for this bond series has been set at 1.62%.
