Shanghai Top Numerical Control Technology Co., Ltd. (TOPNC) reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 September 2026.

Authorised / Registered Capital • Ordinary H Shares: 381.27 million shares at a par value of RMB 0.1, representing RMB 38.13 million in authorised capital. • Domestic Shares: 37.81 million shares at a par value of RMB 0.1, representing RMB 3.78 million in authorised capital. • Total authorised/registered share capital stood at RMB 41.91 million.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued H Shares remained unchanged at 381.27 million, with no treasury shares. • Issued Domestic Shares were stable at 37.81 million, also with no treasury shares. • No share repurchases, cancellations, conversions, option exercises, warrant issues, or other share movements occurred during the month.

Public Float Compliance • TOPNC confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 15% for its H-share class as at 31 August 2026.

Corporate Governance • The filing was authorised by Executive Director Ms. Wang Yuhan, underscoring adherence to disclosure obligations under Chapter 19B of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
