TSO appoints Ms. CHAN Yin Kwan as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

Telecom Service One Holdings Limited (TSO) announced that, effective 4 May 2026, Ms. CHAN Yin Kwan has been appointed as both Company Secretary and Authorised Representative in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules 3.28 and 3.05, filling the vacancies created by the earlier resignation of Ms. Lee on 23 April 2026.

Ms. Chan is a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional, and an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). Her background includes extensive corporate secretarial and compliance experience across Hong Kong-listed, private and offshore companies.

Following this appointment, TSO confirms that it has re-complied with the aforementioned Listing Rule requirements.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises Chairman and non-executive Director Mr. CHEUNG King Shek; Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Mr. CHENG King Fung Sunny; non-executive Directors Mr. CHEUNG King Shan and Mr. CHEUNG King Chuen Bobby; and independent non-executive Directors Mr. FONG Ping, Mr. TSO Ka Yi and Ms. WONG Wai Yee Daisy.
