The 2026 buy-back mandate, approved at the 7 May 2026 AGM, authorises the repurchase of up to 221.63 million shares. Since the mandate’s inception, STANCHART has acquired 42.77 million shares, representing 1.93% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date.

Despite the ongoing repurchases, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.17 billion ordinary shares, as the shares acquired between 12 and 14 October have not yet been cancelled.
