Bulletin Express07-23

Alliance International Education Leasing Holdings Limited (ALLI INTL ED LE) has released its latest corporate communications—comprising a circular dated 23 July 2026, the notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and the accompanying proxy form—on both the company website (www.aiel-holdings.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to access these documents online, citing the “Website Version” as the preferred medium.

Non-registered holders who cannot access the electronic files may request free printed copies. A completed request form should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, either by prepaid mail or via email (1563-ecom@vistra.com).

Investors wishing to switch to electronic delivery are instructed to provide a functional email address through their intermediary—bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is supplied, notices of publication will be sent only in printed form.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The notice, signed by Chairman Li Luqiang, specifies that requests will apply to all future corporate communications unless revised in writing or until the end of the company’s next financial year.
