Recently, Victory Giant Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. received feedback from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) regarding its overseas listing application. The CSRC has requested the company to provide additional explanations on the following matters, which must be verified by legal counsel to provide clear legal opinions:

1. Clarify whether the business scope of the company and its subsidiaries involves fields listed in the "Special Administrative Measures for Foreign Investment Access (Negative List) (2024 Edition)."

2.
