JD Logistics, Inc. (02618) released its monthly return for the period ended 31 January 2026. The authorized share capital remains at 40,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of USD 0.000025, totaling USD 1,000,000. No change in authorized share capital was recorded for the month.

The total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stands at 6,656,781,772, displaying no change from the previous month. The public float continues to meet the applicable 25% threshold requirement.

Under the share option schemes, 64,519,018 Pre-IPO ESOP options were outstanding at the end of the preceding month; by 31 January 2026, that figure was adjusted to 62,967,106 after several exercises, cancellations, and lapses. These exercised options utilized existing shares without requiring new issuance. Post-IPO options remain at 0 for the month, with up to 609,160,767 shares that may be issued in the future. The Post-IPO Share Award Scheme currently allows for 82,593,173 shares to be issued, although no new shares were issued in January.

Overall, there was no increase or decrease in the total number of issued shares, and no treasury shares were involved during the reporting period. The funds raised from exercised options in the Pre-IPO plan amounted to USD 14,932.72, while the overall share structure remained unchanged.
