C STRATEGIC TEC (01725) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription was completed on April 9, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The placing agent has successfully placed a total of 53.41 million shares to no fewer than six placees. These shares represent approximately 6.98% of the company's total issued share capital immediately prior to the completion and about 6.53% of the enlarged total issued share capital following the allotment and issuance of the subscription shares. The placement price was set at HKD 0.560 per share.
