Poly Xverse IT Completes 10-for-1 Share Consolidation, Shrinks Outstanding Shares by 90%

Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd. (Poly Xverse IT) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its 10-for-1 share consolidation became effective on 24 July 2026, reducing the company’s outstanding share count by 90.00%.

Before the consolidation, Poly Xverse IT had 1.49 billion ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in issue. Pursuant to the capital reorganisation approved by shareholders on 16 June 2026, every ten existing and unissued shares were consolidated into one share of HK$0.10. Consequently, 1.34 billion shares were cancelled, leaving 148.57 million consolidated shares in issue.

No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction, and the company confirmed that the share consolidation complied with all applicable listing rules, legal requirements, and corporate authorisations. There were no share repurchases or on-market sales of treasury shares disclosed in the filing.

The consolidation aims to adjust the nominal value of shares while maintaining proportional shareholder interests; it does not alter the company’s total share capital. Trading in the consolidated shares continues under stock code 00209 on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
