DELTON's stock surged 11.73% during intraday trading on Wednesday, extending its recent upward momentum.
The rally is driven by the company's recently disclosed strong first-quarter results, which showed revenue of approximately 1.914 billion yuan, up 71.35% year-over-year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 393 million yuan, up 63.31% year-over-year. The company has capitalized on surging demand for computing hardware, focusing on general-purpose servers, AI servers, switching products, and accelerator card PCB markets.
Additionally, the broader printed circuit board (PCB) sector is experiencing upward momentum as copper-clad laminate suppliers begin implementing price increases. Guangdong Kingboard Laminates Sales Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of industry leader Kingboard HLDG, has raised prices for FR-4 copper-clad laminates and prepreg by 10%. Analysts note that the AI-driven super cycle is expected to sustain robust demand for high-end copper-clad laminates, with the tight supply-demand situation projected to last until 2027 or beyond.
