MNSO Repurchases 100,000 Shares for HKD 1.77 Million Under Ongoing Buy-Back Mandate

MINISO Group Holding Limited (abbreviated as MNSO) disclosed that it repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 8 October 2026 through on-exchange transactions in Hong Kong. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 17.57 to HKD 17.85, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 17.6732 per share. Total consideration reached HKD 1.77 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains at 1.21 billion shares. The 100,000 repurchased shares, equivalent to 0.0082% of the existing issued shares, are earmarked for cancellation.

The purchase forms part of MNSO’s Hong Kong automatic share repurchase plan authorized by shareholders on 18 June 2026, which permits the company to buy back up to 121.40 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 31.15 million shares, representing 2.57% of the total shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving substantial capacity for further buybacks.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, MNSO is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 7 November 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
