Butong Group: Trustee Buys 4,500 Shares for Award Scheme at Average HK$66.73 Each

On 27 March 2026, Butong Group announced that the trustee of its Share Award Scheme purchased 4,500 existing shares on-market, representing approximately 0.0050% of the company’s issued share capital. The acquisition cost HK$0.30 million, translating to an average price of HK$66.73 per share.

Following the latest transaction, the trustee holds 361,500 shares under the scheme. The purchase was financed entirely by Butong Group’s internal resources; proceeds from the company’s Stock Exchange listing were not used. Shares held by the trustee carry no voting rights while in trust, and no awards have yet been granted under the scheme.

The company’s board is chaired by Mr Wang Wei, with three executive directors and three independent non-executive directors overseeing governance.
