In line with national requirements for the upgrade to China VI (Guo VI) standard vehicle fuel, the region began comprehensive sales of Guo VI gasoline and diesel on January 1, 2019. The adjusted prices represent the maximum retail prices; retail enterprises can set their own specific prices within this ceiling. Wholesale prices for gasoline and diesel will be reduced by an equivalent amount. For retail enterprises engaged in wholesale business with contracts specifying delivery by the supplier, settlement will be based on the above prices minus 300 yuan per ton. For contracts without delivery terms, settlement will be based on the above prices minus 300 yuan per ton, with additional consideration of transportation and miscellaneous fees. Sales enterprises such as Tibet Petroleum and Sinopec Tibet Branch are instructed to actively secure oil sources to ensure market supply. They must also ensure their subsidiaries strictly adhere to national pricing policies, reporting market supply conditions and price implementation in a timely manner. All retail stations must strictly follow the prescribed retail prices and are prohibited from exceeding them. Price authorities at all levels in each region are to cooperate with relevant units to strengthen price supervision and inspection of refined oil products, crack down on illegal pricing activities, and maintain market stability. Additionally, dynamic monitoring of the refined oil market and prices should be intensified, with any anomalies reported promptly to facilitate coordinated response measures.
