SD GOLD (01787) announced that the Board of Directors has recently received a written resignation report from the company's Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr. Zhan Kai. Mr. Zhan Kai has applied to resign from his positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company's seventh Board of Directors, as well as his roles as a member of the Board's Strategy Committee, the Sustainable Development Committee, the Audit Committee, the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, due to personal reasons requiring him to devote more time to his personal affairs. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhan Kai will no longer hold any position within the company.
