Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) issued a shareholder reminder dated 24 April 2026 confirming the transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. The move follows an initial notice sent on 25 April 2025.
Under the updated arrangement, English and Chinese versions of annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, proxy forms and other corporate documents will be posted on both the company website (https://corporate.tvb.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.
Shareholders who wish to receive email alerts when new documents are published must provide a functional email address. TVB recommends submitting the address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. No local postage is required when mailing the form within Hong Kong.
If an email address on record proves non-functional, shareholders will not receive publication notifications and must check the designated websites independently. Printed copies of actionable corporate communications (documents requiring shareholder instruction) will continue to be sent in such cases.
Investors may revise their preferred method of receipt or language choice at any time with at least seven days’ written notice to the registrar or via email to tvb.ecom@computershare.com.hk. A request for printed communications remains valid for a maximum of one year from the company’s receipt of the instruction unless amended or revoked earlier.
Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline on (852) 2862 8688, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
