Method 3: Mail reporting. Send report materials by mail to the Economic Crime Investigation Brigade, Luohu Branch, 1st Floor, Wandafeng Building, Dongmen Middle Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen. Recipient: Jiewo Rui Special Task Force, Postal Code: 518000.
