LINGYI iTECH Updates Share Capital Structure: RMB 47.30 Million Buyback Offset by Option-Linked Issuance

Bulletin Express18:01

LINGYI iTECH (Guangdong) Company, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, reported several capital-market transactions between 8 and 12 October 2026 that marginally altered its share structure.

On 12 October 2026 the company repurchased 4.30 million A-shares on the Shenzhen bourse at prices ranging from RMB 10.84 to RMB 11.15, for a total outlay of RMB 47.30 million. The shares, equivalent to 0.06 % of the outstanding share count prior to the transaction, will be held in treasury for future equity-incentive or employee share ownership plans.

Concurrently, LINGYI iTECH allotted and issued a combined 3.98 million new A-shares on 8, 9 and 12 October under its 2024 Share Option Scheme to participants who are not directors. No consideration was received for these issuances, which expanded total issued share capital.

Aggregate effects of the transactions are as follows:

• Outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) decreased by 0.004 % to 7.31 billion. • Treasury shares rose by 4.30 million to 48.50 million. • Total issued shares increased to 7.35 billion, reflecting the net impact of new share issuance versus repurchases.

The company’s latest movements maintain flexibility for employee incentive programmes while signalling confidence through market repurchases. All repurchase activities complied with Shenzhen Stock Exchange regulations, as confirmed by Joint Company Secretary Guo Rui.
