IDT International Limited (IDT INT'L) announced that its principal place of business in Hong Kong will move to Unit 2, 8th Floor, East Tower, Cheung Kong Center II, 10 Harcourt Road, Central, with effect from 9 October 2026.
The notice, dated 9 October 2026, was signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Liu Kun.
As of the announcement date, the board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Liu Kun, Mr. Zhu Guoqiang and Mr. Shen Yuejie—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Chen Weijie, Mr. Mak Tin Sang and Mr. Li Bo.
