The collaboration is aimed at jointly promoting the global development of NovaPeak's LiveInspect.AI solution. NovaPeak is a subsidiary of Singapore-listed ISDN HOLDINGS Limited, while Panasonic R&D Center Singapore is the research and development arm of Panasonic Holdings Corporation (PCRFY).
LiveInspect.AI is an advanced, AI-powered automated building inspection solution that is technologically mature and commercially deployed. The platform demonstrates superior performance in safety, consistency, and accuracy compared to traditional manual inspections, making it particularly suitable for complex scenarios such as high-rise and large-scale buildings that are difficult to inspect comprehensively by humans. To date, LiveInspect.AI has completed inspections for over 1,000 buildings, validating its robust capabilities.
By enhancing inspection accuracy and consistency, the platform significantly reduces safety risks and operational costs, addressing critical pain points in the building environment. On January 19, 2026, the Singapore Housing and Development Board awarded NovaPeak a contract worth SGD 1 million for AI-powered building inspections. The contract involves using the LiveInspect.AI platform to inspect the facades of over 1,400 HDB residential blocks and provide regular facade inspection services for 50 HDB multi-story car parks. Subsequently, NovaPeak entered into this partnership with Panasonic R&D.
