Haier Smart Home repurchases 0.79 million A-shares for RMB15.92 million; outstanding share count trimmed by 0.01%

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (Haier Smart Home) disclosed a repurchase of 790,000 A-shares on 8 June 2026 via the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The shares were bought back within a price band of RMB20.11–RMB20.20, translating to a volume-weighted average price of roughly RMB20.15 per share and an aggregate consideration of RMB15.92 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 6,119.94 million to 6,119.15 million, representing a reduction of 0.01291%. Treasury stock rose to 133.88 million shares, while the total issued share capital—including treasury shares—remains unchanged at 6,253.03 million.

All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock for future share-based incentive schemes, and no shares have been cancelled to date. The company confirmed that the buyback complied with all applicable Hong Kong and PRC regulatory requirements.
