Luxshare Precision Industry Co.,Ltd. (02475) has issued an announcement noting that the People's Bank of China released a statement on November 4, 2026, announcing intensified implementation of the stock buyback and increase holdings relending policy, reducing the relending rate for stock buybacks and increase holdings to 1%.

Through lowering the relending rate, expanding the scope of supported entities, and providing sufficient quota guarantees, this policy helps reduce the financing costs for listed companies' buybacks, broadens the sources of buyback funds, and provides stronger policy support for listed companies' buybacks.

The source of funds for this share buyback is the company's own funds or self-raised funds (including special loans for stock buybacks, etc.), and the company has already obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Shenzhen Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd., committing to provide a special share buyback loan of no more than RMB 1.8 billion with a term of no more than 3 years.

The company will combine the stock buyback and increase holdings relending policy, its own funding situation, and market trends, fully utilize policy tools, and through methods such as buybacks, safeguard the company's value and the interests of the broad investor base.
