Jutal Offshore Oil Services releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and proxy form

On 29 April 2026, Jutal Offshore Oil Services Limited announced the online publication of its 2025 Annual Report alongside a comprehensive shareholder circular detailing:

• Proposed general mandates to issue and repurchase shares • Proposals for the re-election of directors • Suggested amendments to the company’s Articles of Association • Notice convening the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) • Associated form of proxy for AGM voting

The English and Chinese versions of these documents are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.jutal.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed versions by mail. Those preferring physical documents, or experiencing difficulties with electronic access, may request printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar.

Shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Until a functional email is registered, the company will continue to dispatch notices and actionable documents in printed form.
