RS MACALLINE reiterates shift to fully digital delivery of shareholder documents

Bulletin Express04-29

Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Ltd. (RS MACALLINE) issued a reminder that, effective immediately, all corporate communications—including annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed exclusively through its website (www.chinaredstar.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company has not yet received email addresses from a portion of its registered shareholders. To ensure timely receipt of future actionable documents, shareholders are encouraged to:

1. Scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form and submit a functional email address; or 2. Return the signed reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Until a valid email is provided, RS MACALLINE will continue to mail printed copies of actionable communications. Shareholders who prefer physical documents for all future communications may request them via the reply form or by emailing chinaredstar.ecom@computershare.com.hk; this hard-copy arrangement remains valid for one year from the date of request.

Further details are available under the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar on +852 2862 8688 during Hong Kong business hours.
