LEADS BIOLABS-B (09887) has released an announcement that the complete abstracts of six studies—covering clinical research, translational research, and meta-analyses—for its independently developed Lixin® (opratuzumab, an anti-PD-L1/4-1BB bispecific antibody) and LBL-034 (a GPRC5D/CD3 bispecific T-cell engager, TCE) have been published on the official website of the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology Annual Meeting (ESMO 2026).
The data collectively demonstrate Lixin®'s trend of durable responses and long-tail survival benefits across multiple immune "cold tumors," supporting its potential as a pan-tumor therapy and highlighting the differentiated capabilities of the company's X-body and TCE technology platforms.
Notably, three studies of Lixin® and LBL-034 were selected for preferred oral presentations at ESMO 2026, with one study selected as a Late-Breaking Abstract (LBA). Detailed and updated data from these studies will be released during the ESMO 2026 oral presentation sessions.
