On November 14, 2025, the Zhongguancun Street Enterprise Service Season in Haidian District concluded with the official launch of the Industrial Community Alliance, centered on building a "15-minute convenient living circle." The alliance integrates resources from government entities, commercial buildings, and enterprises to create a comprehensive service network covering corporate services, talent development, living amenities, and cultural collaboration.
This year, Zhongguancun Street organized 27 targeted service activities, spanning AI empowerment and intellectual property strategy seminars during the "Innovation Launch Month," talent management and overseas HR strategy discussions in the "Talent Development Month," and investment matchmaking sessions, campus recruitment, and live job broadcasts in the "Win-Win Cooperation Month." These initiatives established a full-chain service model combining "policy + talent + technology + capital," addressing corporate challenges in technology and financing while meeting professionals' career growth needs. The "Guanxin" AI government platform further enhanced service efficiency, driving the integration of "four chains" (policy, talent, technology, and capital) and boosting innovation and confidence among local enterprises.
Building on this foundation, Zhongguancun Street collaborated with leading enterprises, building operators, industry associations, and communities to form the Industrial Community Alliance. "We will adopt a 'people-first investment' approach, focusing on the '15-minute convenient living circle' to integrate multi-party resources and establish a service network spanning corporate support, talent development, living amenities, and cultural initiatives," said Man Guangxun, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of Zhongguancun Street Office.
The alliance leverages commercial buildings as key hubs to promote open resource-sharing: - **"Building Resource Rotation"**: During peak periods, the street provides policy consultations and "Guanxin" platform access, while buildings open shared spaces for dining and cultural brands to serve residents during off-peak times. - **"Cultural-Commercial-Tourism Integration"**: Regular events like building markets and tech experience days offer corporate exposure while creating public cultural spaces. - **"Building-Community Collaboration Platform"**: Breaking physical barriers, the alliance organizes industry salons with local businesses to match resources with demand, transforming buildings into dual-purpose spaces serving both enterprises and residents—boosting foot traffic, corporate revenue, and community benefits.
Concurrently, the "15-Minute Quality Living Season" exhibition kicked off at JD Technology Building’s North Plaza, running until November 15. The event showcased achievements in convenient living circles, community commerce, and cultural services, featuring state-backed repair teams, elderly care platforms, and a food market with regional specialties like Beijing’s Xiaodao Li Tang and Huguo Temple snacks, Guizhou cuisine, scorpion hotpot, and Taiwanese delicacies.
Six interactive zones—"Word Quest," "Silk Artistry," "Echoes of Time," "Herbal Wisdom," "Pixel Battleground," and "Mini Greens"—allowed visitors to engage with the alliance’s outcomes. Attendees could also purchase jewelry from Gongmei Building, cultural products from Wangfujing Bookstore, handmade pearls, Aigo digital devices, and JD Health services.
