According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 11, Barclays PLC increased its stake in DRINDA (02865) by 255,300 shares, at a price of HK$43.4486 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$11.0924 million. Following this acquisition, the latest shareholding number stands at 5,771,100 shares, representing a 7.03% stake. Supplementary Information: BBPLC's interests in 2,339,300 shares long and short and BCSL's interests in 2,339,300 shares short, as disclosed in box 22, pertain to an intra-group hedge between BBPLC and BCSL. Interests arising from the hedge are not double-counted at the Barclays PLC level.
