On January 15, the inaugural Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition and Science Popularization Week of China Resources Group officially commenced at China Resources Tower. Senior leaders from the SASAC's Science and Technology Innovation Bureau and China Resources Group were present at the event. This achievement exhibition was organized by the Group's Science and Technology Association and the China Resources Youth League Committee, with co-organization by the Group's Science and Technology Innovation Department, Mass Work Department, and China Resources Modern Services. The exhibition centrally displayed the significant practices of the Group and its various business units in promoting technological innovation and cultivating new quality productive forces in key areas. At this exhibition, China Resources Land, centered around its corporate mission of "Delivering More Change to Cities with Quality," systematically showcased its "Five Technological Transformations" strategy, which focuses on operational digitalization and intelligence, intelligent production, smart spaces, data assetization, and green low-carbon development. It highlighted the key practical outcomes of Land's technology-driven strategy, demonstrating how technology propels the high-quality development and transformation of its three major business curves. During the exhibition, leaders including Sun Shaobin, Deputy Director of the SASAC's Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, and Wang Xiangming, Chairman of China Resources Group, visited the China Resources Land exhibition area for inspection and guidance. Xu Rong, President of China Resources Land, provided detailed introductions on the specific applications and business value of various scientific and technological innovation achievements. The Group's external directors, heads of various departments, and business unit leaders also successively visited the Land exhibition booth for exchanges, expressing full recognition for China Resources Land's practice of deeply integrating technology into its core business to drive corporate development. For its residential development business, China Resources Land prominently featured the overall value system of "Three Goods and Twelve Excellences" for good housing. On the hardware side, the company employs a "Five No's + Durability" system (no leaks, no odors, no blockages, no mold, no cracks + durable materials) to systematically address long-standing pain points like water leakage and sound insulation. On the software side, the focus is on building three major smart platforms to elevate residential products from mere "living spaces" to "intelligent living entities." Among these, the integrated smart home solution utilizes AI technology to achieve a leap from "responding to commands" to "providing proactive service," capable of learning user habits, anticipating needs, and seamlessly connecting with the China Resources Land community and urban service ecosystem, exploring new pathways for future living lifestyles. Regarding its portfolio of held assets such as shopping malls and office buildings, China Resources Land displayed its self-developed Mixc Cloud intelligent commercial operations platform. This platform, built on a foundation of "digital twin + AI," achieves digital mapping and intelligent operation and maintenance of assets. Concurrently, it integrates full-journey services like smart parking and AR navigation through the "One Point Mixc" APP, continuously optimizing the customer experience. The exhibition area also emphasized the top-level design for dual-carbon goals and key green benchmark projects like the Xi'an Mixc and Zhuhai China Resources Bank Tower, reflecting the balance between economic benefits and sustainable development responsibilities in commercial operations. In the light-asset operation sector, China Resources Land systematically presented its property smart operations platform. This platform adopts an innovative "cloud-edge-device integration" architecture jointly developed with the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and constructs an intelligent closed loop of "inspection, handling, and supervision" through the deployment of multi-modal AI employees. Applications like the AI anti-drowning system for sports and cultural venues demonstrate the nuanced, human-centric application of technology in ensuring safety and enhancing experiences. The Houhai Central District Smart City Construction and Operation Service project is Shenzhen's first smart city operation project. It represents the company's pioneering effort to step beyond project boundaries and collaborate closely with the Nanshan District government to conduct integrated smart operations for a 3.5-square-kilometer urban area. By building a "Six-in-One" smart operation system and a digital twin city foundation, the project has successfully implemented over 20 smart scenarios, forming a replicable and promotable "China Resources Land Smart City Solution." Looking ahead, China Resources Land will resolutely implement the Group's strategic deployment for scientific and technological innovation, continuously deepen the integration of its technology-driven strategy with its core businesses, and persistently advance the comprehensive upgrading of products and services, customer service and experience, and operational efficiency. It is committed to becoming a world-class urban investment and development operator, contributing more robust scientific and technological innovation strength to the high-quality development of the Group.
