ZA ONLINE (06060) has announced that the company recently received approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration regarding the appointment of Mr. Zhong Hongjun. As a result, Mr. Zhong formally commenced his duties as a Non-Executive Director on April 22, 2026. Mr. Zhong has been appointed as the Chairman of the company's Risk Management and Connected Transactions Control Committee and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Concurrently, Mr. Ou Wei stepped down from his roles as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Risk Management and Connected Transactions Control Committee, and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective April 22, 2026.
