Thomson Reuters Shareholders Approve All Board Nominees at 2026 AGM

Thomson Reuters has released the voting results from its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was held in Toronto on June 10th.

All 14 candidates nominated for the board of directors were elected by shareholders, including two newly elected directors.

Shareholders reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's auditor and passed an advisory resolution on executive compensation.

Meanwhile, a shareholder proposal was not approved, indicating investor support for the current governance structure and strategic direction.
