Stock Track | Lennox Plunges 5.90% in Pre-market After Q2 Revenue Miss

Stock Track18:48

Shares of Lennox International (LII) plummeted 5.90% in pre-market trading following the release of its second-quarter earnings, which fell short of revenue expectations.

The company reported Q2 revenue of $1,545.3 million, missing the IBES consensus estimate of $1,564 million. Earnings per share came in at $7.72, while the company also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance of approximately 8% and provided an EPS outlook of $23-$24. An earlier-than-expected tariff refund provided a benefit during the quarter, but it was not enough to offset the top-line miss.

The negative reaction suggests investors focused on the revenue shortfall, overshadowing the reaffirmed annual guidance and the one-time tariff benefit.
