Investment China Column: Vice Minister Li Chenggang Meets Logitech CEO Fabell

On February 2nd, Li Chenggang, International Trade Negotiator and Vice Minister of Commerce, met with Mr. Fabell, Chief Executive Officer of Logitech International SA. The two sides exchanged views on the development of Logitech's business operations in China. Li Chenggang stated that Logitech, having operated in China for many years, has been both a contributor to and a beneficiary of the nation's economic growth. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, China will further expand its high-level opening-up and continuously unleash consumption potential, which will bring more development opportunities for foreign-funded enterprises, including Logitech. He expressed the hope that Logitech would continue to deepen its roots in the Chinese market for the long term, achieving mutual development. Fabell remarked that Logitech adheres to its "In China, For China" development strategy and consistently regards China as a vital global market. Logitech will increase its investments in China across areas such as research and development, manufacturing, and marketing, while promoting green development to realize mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
