Hengrui Pharma Sets 27 October 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Nine-Month Results

Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (“Hengrui Pharma”) has scheduled a board meeting for Tuesday, 27 October 2026. According to the company’s announcement to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the directors will review and approve the consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 and authorise their subsequent publication.

The notice, issued in Shanghai on 14 October 2026 and signed by Chairman Mr. Sun Piaoyang, confirms that the agenda will focus on the quarterly financial performance of Hengrui Pharma and its subsidiaries. The board currently consists of six executive directors, one non-executive director, and four independent non-executive directors.
