Bao Pharma buys back 115,200 H-shares for HKD 1.99 million, trimming free float by 0.08%

Shanghai Bao Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (Bao Pharma) disclosed a share repurchase on 24 July 2026, acquiring 115,200 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased within a price range of HKD 17.08 to HKD 17.77 apiece, translating into a total consideration of HKD 1.99 million and an average cost of HKD 17.311 per share.

Following the transaction, Bao Pharma’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.08% to 152.73 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 1.60 million. The company’s overall issued share count remained unchanged at 154.33 million.

The purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 15.43 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Bao Pharma has repurchased 1.60 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 1.04% of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s approval date.

In line with Hong Kong listing requirements, the company is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 August 2026.
