Overnight Trading: APP Slides as Compliance Concerns Surface

In overnight trading, most major technology stocks moved lower. Broadcom and Advanced Micro Devices fell more than 2%, while Alphabet-A, NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$, and $Amazon (AMZN.US$) each declined by nearly 2%.

In contrast, rare earth stock Critical Metals surged nearly 13% in the session, extending its year-to-date gain to more than 150%.

Meanwhile, AppLovin dropped over 3%. According to Capital Watch, the company faces systemic compliance risks, with allegations pointing to suspected major financial misconduct within its core capital structure.
