Accelink Technologies Co.,Ltd. (002281) announced that the company held an employee representative assembly on November 10, 2025, electing Xiang Dongliang as an employee representative director for the eighth board of directors. His term will commence upon approval at the assembly and continue until the end of the current board's tenure.

Xiang Dongliang, born in October 1980, holds a bachelor's degree and is an engineer. He currently serves as the company's employee director, vice chairman of the labor union, and deputy general manager of the safety and security department. He holds 63,200 shares in the company.

In the first three quarters of 2025, Accelink Technologies reported revenue of 8.532 billion yuan and net profit attributable to shareholders of 719 million yuan.
